The Knotty Pine Suite is a one bedroom, one bath, Cabin Style unit that is perfect for two people. Knotty Pine has a kitchenette that includes, a small refrigerator, two burner stove-top, and a microwave for your use. Your own private entrance leads you into a living area, with plenty of seating and a brand-new LED Smart TV.

We would greatly appreciate if guests would wash dishes and place all trash in the exterior refuse receptacles. Before checkout, please strip all bedding and place it on bathroom floors with used towels.

Customer may be charged up to $150 for any damaged or missing items.
Cancellations:
Cancel within 48 hours of booking to get a full refund.
- Cancel up to 5 days before check-in to get a refund, (minus service fees)
- Cancel within 5 days of check-in and the cost of the first night plus 50% of remaining nights are non-refundable.
- Service fees are refunded only if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of booking and the guest has not checked-in yet.
